I submitted my CV and cover letter via e-mail, then got an e-mail with a link for a on-line test. After a couple of days, I got invited for interview. They mentioned that there will be three in total, the first two being on the same day. These were "fit" interviews. I had two consecutive interviews of 30 min each, conducted by two people (one senior, one mid-career). During both interviews the same set of questions were asked.
