Had interviewed for an editorial role sometime back. Got a call that I was shortlisted. Found the interviewer to be less knowledgeable than I was. They also appeared not to have any standard SOPs. Decided not to go ahead as I found both the team and the company to be few rungs lower than where I am working at present.
