The interview process consisted of screen call , interview with senior management and then with members of the team. After completing all calls successfully, I was told by the recruiter that unofficially I had got the job. The offer and contract was meant to be sent over in a few days but they never arrived. Waited a further week and still nothing. Decided to send an email to the recruiter which in turn they had given their sincere apologises for the late reply. I was told that senior management should of contacted me about the role but they did not. This to me was a red flag. Why should management be contacting me regarding the role? This is all done through the recruiter. Further ghosting from the recruiter continued. Tried calling and connecting via Linkedin to both the recruiter and management for an update and still nothing. Extremely poor business ethic from both the recruiter and senior management. If this is the way the BMC operates and treats future employees then my advice is to stay clear of any dealings with them and to look for a more reliable company.
