Headhunter found my resume and interviews have been performed with local and external people. Local people interviewed me at BMC facilities. External VP were made through conference calls. Last phase was the commercial director and VP for LATAM at the office in São Paulo. I could understand that the main aspect of those two last one were related with my previous employer structure.
