Quick and dirty application process, all done remotely. It was super easy which I interpreted as a way to get more quantity than quality candidates... perhaps linked to their ‘hire from anywhere/only offering contract roles’ business model for ease of in/out staff. Process: Upload cv > task > interview with hiring manager (this case the MD who had camera off the whole session. Weird). Very uncommunicative throughout the whole process. After receiving the offer, I asked a question to clarify said offer and they went with another candidate during this process without even letting me know. Very unprofessional! Feels like a joke business. If the hiring process was anything to go by, I dodged a bullet. They also pay very poorly for what they’re asking against the remit. I want to feel valued for my ability, worth, and time in hiring processes so will be avoiding companies like this.

The process was quite fast. There were around three selection stages, and the third one already resulted in an offer.
The questions were mainly focused on creative strategy and metrics. There was also a writing test where I had to create a brand brief.
