Initial phone call, which was fairly informal. This was followed by a sit down interview with the DM. Your typical manager type questions were asked. Third interview was with RM and DM.

The team claims a strong diverse work environment, none visible during the long, long, tedious process. I have seen supreme court confirmations with less bueracracy.
