Very formal and straight forward. The DOS asked specific questions on teaching styles. The interviewee's knowledge on grammar. Like, he asked " How would you present to your Intermediate students the present progressive form?"

They reached me through email, and we had an interview over Skype. For some reason, they wanted to make the conversation by audio only. Having the interview only by audio bothered me, and I wasn't comfortable altogether. The interview process went badly, they didn't contact me, and they didn't answer my follow-up email.
