Typical phone screen that lasts about 10-15 minutes. From there, you will schedule an in-person interview with the recruiter as well as hiring manager. This is usually a few days after the phone screen. The interview may last about an hour or so. Business casual or professional is expected. Interview consists of questions about past experience, why BJC, and company culture.

I had a phone screening with a recruiter who was fairly disorganized. She had referred me to the next step but called me twice because she could not remember if she called me back. Had the interview with the manager who was quite nice and told me I would hear from the recruiter. This was a different recruiter who could not properly schedule me for the second interview for the agreed upon time and sending an email with personal instead of personnel in it. After noticing this I contacted her to get the date clear. I get an email less than 24 hours before the interview saying the interview was canceled with no explanation.
