I did a phone interview first. I was asked if I was tobacco/nicotine free (including e-cigarettes) since they are a smoke free company. This was verified during the drug screening. My phone interview took about 15-20 minutes then we scheduled the in person interview at the end of the call. I met with the department manager a few days later. Her interview was very laid back and easy going. It was more like just having a conversation compared to being in an uncomfortable interview. I was offered the position the following morning.
