For the interview call with the founder (Sonakshi Nathani), she arrived 15 minutes late to the call. Within 5-7 minutes of the call starting, her internet went bad so she dropped off and said she'll fix it asap and come back. 10 minutes later, I get a call from the HR asking me to rejoin the meeting link. I joined the meeting link only to keeping waiting for her for another 10 minutes. Then, I called the HR who said "sorry she was pulled into a meeting, just please give another 10 minutes". The interview call that started at 5pm eventually happened around 6/6:15pm. If at the time of the interview, she behaves like this with people, I can only imagine how she is to the team. The founder is an immature child running the company. She needs to learn basic etiquette.
