Entrevista
Went through a hiring process managed by the external recruitment team (H&P), and it was a disappointing experience overall. Their communication was unclear and sometimes even rude, and they frequently failed to meet their own stated timelines. When they needed me to do an interview, they expected it to happen immediately, yet they themselves caused delays — when a coding interview was delayed due to miscommunication between the interviewer and HR.
Contradictory feedback received in the end. Initially, I was told that my interview performance was impressive and my technical skills were strong, only to be rejected later on the grounds of insufficient technical ability. This inconsistency, coupled with their lack of professionalism in sticking to deadlines, left me frustrated and unimpressed.
The whole process was a waste of time. The coding questions and technical questions asked during interviews were practical and easy to understand.

Entrevista
Initial 30 minute video interview with the hiring manager. From just the short time it took to complete the interview, I could already tell that this is a difficult company to work for. The finance bro attitude was very apparent during the entire conversation. I declined further interviews.
