The first interview was on campus and was just a one on one behavioral interview. The second round interview consisted of two 1:2 interviews and a panel interview. The two interviews consisted of behavioral questions and the panel interview was made up of four candidates and four evaluators and each candidate would answer the same question. Candidates would alternate the order of answering the questions. There was no communication between the company and me up until the point I received my offer which came significantly afterwards.
