Based on the resume and experience, I don't know if they actually wanted to hire a new person or just testing waters, the existing pen testers who interviewed were surprised by some of my answers and I don't understand why, my answers were valid and very much in scope of what happens in a pen test. Anyway it was just another interview experience for me.
