Each interview was exemplary until the final one when I was blatantly asked if I have children. While I have nothing to hide now am I ashamed to be a mother, it was highly inappropriate! She then asked how old they were and informed me that, “an ideal candidate doesn’t have children at home” the entire experience still makes me sick to my stomach! Clearly not the “family oriented” employer they claim to be.
