The interview process was lengthy. Multiple rounds were kept on the same day. Six hours continuously. Conveyed the expectations to the HR in the initial screening but it was surprising that the hiring team was not aware about it.

I had 2 rounds of interview. First was a HR round with behavioral questions and second was an all day interview with 7+ team members one at a time, which covered various points from technical, clinical/regulatory questions to past experience. Overall I enjoyed interviewing with BD and was offered after a month.
