Entrevista
First-round interview was local and consisted of a 45-minute panel interview with four people. Questions were split between those that were behavioral in nature and focused on past leadership experience, business acumen, conflict resolution, and personal goals. Additional focus was on technical research background & experience.
Second-round interview was at company HQ in Franklin Lakes and consisted of seven 30-to-45-minute one-on-one interviews with VP-level members of the R&D organization across multiple businesses. Second-round interview served as final 'selection' round.
Third-round interview was a 'fit' interview at the initial rotation site, and was only offered to candidates who were likely to receive offers.

Answered 6 pre-recorded questions with a 2 minute video per question. 2nd round was a panel with 1 current TLDP plus 3 leadership members. 3rd round was a site visit, then 8 panel interviews

First round was recorded questions, last one was an 'anything to add?'.
We then had virtual presentations of 3 slides and interview questions.
On-site interviews were conducted 1 day only and it was 8 (I think?) 2-4 people with specific STAR-like questions. My advice would be to have MANY scenarios in your head because it's hard not to be repetitive in the 8 interviews and they discuss candidates after. Turnaround for acceptance is quick.
The first round is a resume and cover letter submission, and the second round is recording a video of yourself answering a set of questions. The third round, which I did not make, is an onsite (potentially virtual) interview by many different teams.
