After doing an online test (which was rather easy - basic English test and Logic one) I was invited for an interview. First they asked me to do English again to be sure no-one did it for me in online form. After that, the interview lasted for 50min more or less. No technical questions at all, more about my choices of University, country (because I did my master abroad). Of course about previous experiences and university jobs I have had. Even though they require high knowledge of English, the interviewer didn't speak it at all.
