I interviewed with some guy named Rusty who was 20 MINUTES LATE and he showed up wearing very short shorts and sneakers and kept standing up adjust to his crotch during the interview and then he answered his cell phone while I was talking. Very unprofessional. I had already made the decision in my mind that I did not want to work there. The guy was very unprofessional and kept harboring me on why I stopped working at my last job when I clearly told him what happened serveral times and he kept asking me the same question and at one point laughed. This guy needs to be fired. Trailer trash environment. Poor company with very little structure. Incompetent management. Raggedy building. Stinks inside the building and it's very small. It's also very obvious that they're prejudice on who they hire. Don't waste your time.
