I was asked to prepare a presentation on a potential patient, including their background, diagnosis, and cause. They also asked about my strengths and weaknesses, how I handle conflict or respond when someone disagrees with my professional suggestions, and how my values align with the BBC guidelines. They wanted to know about a recent topic I’d like to cover and one thing I believe the show could improve.

Fine as it was, very average, nothing unexpected. Everyone seemed pleasant, and likeable, and very interesting. All the questions were very relevant, which was great. I was fine with everything
Competency based interviews. All info needed can be found in job specification. Process properly marked by at least two members of staff. Can get feedback which is helpful (whether successful or not)

Was asked to do a task and then interviewed about how I was able to go about the task and how I came to my conclusions. The task involved a research based assessment.
