Interview was split into 3 stages: - Group assessment - was asked to describe a piece of drawing and instruct it in abstract ways for other people to draw. Was very easy and communication is key to build chemistry and confidence to pass this stage! absolutely aced it! - Coding assesment - code a piece of problem they wanted you to solve. Behavioural interview- Amazing conversation with people from BBC absolutely aced the interview. Was told its not the ability to code, but how you present and explain through stages. I did that, almost got the code to work and communicated well but got "rejected" because i did not finish my code. Also got rejected with the reason it being "too competitive". oh well better luck next time!

The application process was quite lengthy. Initially, my application was automatically rejected based on the information I provided. I received the rejection notice at midnight, but I believed I was eligible, so I contacted them. Eventually, I managed to get a human response. I moved to the second stage, which involved a 2-3 hour behavioral test. I successfully passed this stage and advanced to the next. In this stage, I was required to write about why I wanted to apply to the BBC. However, after completing this test, I received an email stating that I was not successful and that my application would not be moved forward. I received no initial feedback after completing multiple tests.
