The hiring process was typical. Mutliple interviews, starting with phone interviews from HR. Then there would be gaps of waiting. You had to apply for each posting individually. There was no cross discussions. Once you started the face to face interviewing, there were several. Finally, the Regional Banking Manager had to be part of the final offer meeting, where you had to sign an agreement.
