I was called in for an interview the next week, in the interview it was a one on one with a supervisor in the call center (not a supervisor in the dept i was hired for). He asked me what i knew about the company, the position, describe scenarios, etc. After the interview I was called and told that I was put into the hiring pool and that when the next training class started I would get a call. About a week later I was called and formally offered a position, she told me the salary, I accepted and set up an appt to come in and do a drug test, background check and sign hiring packet.

Basic interview questions where you first had a phone interview and then a face to face interview at the location you will work at with a normal supervisor, which may come from any department. Took about 30 minutes and then a week or so later got a call to be offered the position.
