Relatively simple interview. First you will interview in branch and then in their main office downtown. Spoke about what I could bring to the table for the company. Both interviews were relatively short in length, I was called later that night asking about salary info and accepted the position.

I applied online. I received a call about a day or two later to come in for a 9:30am interview at the bank. It was about 30 minutes long. I was interviewed by the Vice President and the Operations Manager. They both had a clipboard of questions. Basic interview questions wered asked. They were very nice and explained the benefits of the position and made me feel very comfortable like I would be joining a family. I got called the next day and got the job. I had yo set up an appointment to be fingerprinted and I filled out the background screening online. Seems straight forward.

STAR process. The Situation, Task, Answer, & Results Interview process was done. How well did you handle yourself in a given situation and how what was the results. Two people interviewed me. They wrote down several responses on paper as I was telling it to them. They made me feel really comfortable.
