The technical interview at BATERIKU (M) was a complete letdown. There were two technical interviewers, and neither seemed prepared. One struggled to come up with relevant questions, while the other had no idea what to ask either. They kept passing the conversation back and forth, making the whole process feel unstructured and unprofessional. It was clear they didn’t have a proper technical interview plan, which made me question the strength of their development team. The whole experience felt like a waste of time.
On positive side, the HR representative did a great job. They were professional, well-prepared, and gave a clear explanation of the company’s background, culture, and future plans. If only the technical side of the process had been handled with the same level of professionalism, this could have been a much better experience.
Overall, the experience was frustrating and unprofessional. If you're a developer looking for a serious opportunity, you might want to reconsider applying here.
