I actually didn't go for interview. Because the HR ghosted me after asking if I want to proceed with the role after applying. I said yes and they seen my message with no reply. After 3 days, I followed up again and got ghosted again. It's ok if they want to reject me but totally no response at all. I don't know how the company culture will be if the HR ghosted candidates like common practice.
