The interview process at BASIS was professional, organized, and thorough. It began with an initial screening interview, followed by discussions with academic leaders and administrators about my teaching experience, subject knowledge, and classroom management strategies. I was also asked to demonstrate my teaching skills through a sample lesson, which gave me the opportunity to showcase my instructional approach and interaction with students. Throughout the process, the interviewers were supportive, and genuinely interested in understanding my passion for teaching and student success. Overall, the experience was positive, and well structured.

Two parts. Basic questions. Interviewer didn’t like when I asked too many questions “let’s wait until you get a job offer before we get into that..” The second part was a better pet because I interviewed with a former teacher.
