First was a phone screen with the recruiter. The recruiter did not call me at the scheduled time, but called later in the day. He did not apologize for missing/forgetting it and was quite rude during our conversation. The second phone interview was with the hiring manager. Although we had a pleasant conversation (I thought), I was ghosted and no one ever followed up with me about whether or not I was moving forward. I only found out by checking my candidate profile on their careers' page. Definitely not a great candidate experience!
