The initial interview was completed over the phone after which I was invited to an in person meeting interview and resume review with 3 hiring managers. The process was very demanding, but I found the personnel to be understanding and personable. I prepared for this interview by researching the company and assessing how I would answer "typical" interview questions. I also prepared a few experiences that I would be able to share with the hiring managers that emphasize my skills and values. Overall, this was a very good and informative experience for me. I did ultimately get the job and I ended up performing interviews to hire other members of my team.
