Had one round of interview, this was directly with the hiring team. They were very friendly and brushed around the resume followed by generic questions relating to the industry. I received an automated rejection response with no feedback.

what are the important criteria’s for an UAV functioning in the field
Very pleasant, online assessment involving recording answers to questions and some mathematical reasoning questions. Had an informal phone call with my respective departments recruiters, it was enjoyable and very stress free. General communication with the departments recruitment team is excellent.

STAR based interview.
Interview was conducted via telephone. Both gentleman were very friendly and professional. Very informative conversation about the role, the project and the team.
After the questions a general chat on what I would like in the role.
Few connection issues, but two of us carried on chatting till the other could rejoin.
