The interview process was not too difficult and was based around a set of competency questions. Some of the questions were about the job I had previously, and others were about safety and company values. It was obvious the interviewers had conducted this type of interview before and they were friendly and forthcoming. I didn't feel intimidated at all, but I was challenged.

A phone interview first to check qualification, then a 1 hour interview online where two people from BAE are on the panel. Overall, it was a very pleasant process and I enjoyed it
Initial informal chat, then onto a more technical review with history review from both sides. initial review with recruiter, more technical review with departmental member. free an open discussion nothing underhand
