Really friendly team, you get to talk to senior staff members and graduates who are currently working at BAE Systems and rotate around each member for questions. I got on really well with fellow candidates who were all friendly, laid back and ofcourse passionate about their respective areas. That really gave me insight into the companies values - they care about your personality and whether your fun to work with rather than purely based on grades. The group excersize was fun and I was made to feel at ease during the one to one interview. They paid for travel expenses and provided accomodation and a very nice breakfast and lunch. This was a two day graduate scheme but it was a great experience rather than feelin tense and drained at the end of it. The only down side was the location of the position - barrow in furness is kind of in the middle of nowhere.
