Nothing was designed to 'catch you out'. It consisted of a group exercise, a written exercise and a presentation

Being hired through xchanging (outsourced recruitment) was a little strange. They didn't seem to have the answers to some very simple questions without going back to the business to ask them. This made the process feel a little bit cold. We were essentially allowed no contact with the company until our 1st day! Assessment centre was fine because people from the business interviewed us.

The presentation part of the assessment centre was the hardest because there is no correct answer. The assessors do their best to question whichever solution you come up with but the better you handle those questions the better you look.
