Filled out an extensive application form online. Immediately got sent an email to complete some online tests. These tests were: Situational, Numerical and Verbal. I found the tests to be fine but when I received my result I found I failed. Nevertheless they sent me an email a few days later explaining I've reached the next stage, a video interview. I think this was because the advert for this particular role was posted late and they simply didn't have enough people who applied to it. The video interview was Ok, you get given ten questions which you film yourself answering (there is nobody on the other end). You have two minutes to answer each question as well as you can however can stop after you've finished answering. The questions were standard sort of interview questions, "Give me an example of a time you did this..." etc. I then received an email saying I've passed and am going onto the next and final stage, the office interview. The interviewers were nice, there were two of them, the manager and a software developer. Both gave me general interview questions at first which probably took 30-40 mins, then a piece of paper which had some C++ code on it and I was tasked with going through the code, explaining my thoughts and telling the interviewers what the output of the given code should be. Wasn't too bad, stuff like the fibonacci sequence was included. I then asked a few questions, got a tour of the office and left later. The next day I received a phone call offering me the job position. Of course then I had to be cleared, do some drug tests, fill in loads of information such as where I've lived in the past 5-10 years and give some personal references. Clearance took a month and once it was done, I was given an official offer.
