Organised and made to feel at ease. Able to give examples of how previous role could relate to advertised role. Questions about the role honestly answered by hiring manager.

Questions based on relevant experience for the role. No questions regarding personal interests or how you deal with stress etc so not sure they got an idea as to who I really am or what makes me tick outside of the workplace - but I guess that's maybe seemed too intrusive - but sometimes these questions are a bit of an icebreaker.
