Much ping pong communication via e-mails calls arranged but never followed through, calls not arranged but calling at inconvenient times, the person conducting the screening was very unprofessional and lacked experience in actual human contact. Sent emails from a generic email account with different names which was very confusing. The overall impression of the company was bad and I would not recommend working there if this is how they treat people in the initial stages. The person appeared very unorganised and erratic with no real communication skills. The whole process was very upsetting and frustrating and left me feeling very disillusioned.
