Screening phone call with outsourced recruiter, interview was average. Was advised on interview I was the last candidate so would find out early following week. No communication so sent follow up email, was advised by job recruiter would have a call on Monday with outcome and feedback- no call. Tuesday was asked to fill in a form online via email, Wednesday morning my phone rang for one ring then ended, 2 mins later received a we tried to contact you email, further 1 minute later received a sorry you’ve been unsuccessful following our conversation, yet no conversation was had? No feedback provided and other than automatic updates no genuine communication from the in house recruitment team. Disappointing experience from a company that prides itself on people.
