More formal that I expected, filled out paperwork for references first. Very long interview, was asked many character questions seemingly unrelated to the work. Then was asked to sit down with a different person and basically have the interview over again. Not much indication that they liked anything I said or showed them. Didn’t get to see the floor I’d be working on.
