They are extremely biased to hiring their own kind. You will find majority of the people here in their corporate HQ are Jewish, White, Male. There was one female I encountered at the front desk. She was great at multitasking by juggling personal calls out loud and taking business calls. But she was Jewish. They definitely have hiring bias to their own kind. It was a surreal experience.
