Really quick, just an HR interview, a technical discussion-type interview and an interview with a manager. After that I got a job offer with 6 months of probation. From what I know, no one has failed the probation period.

1st Step : 30 mins call with HR
2nd Step : 1 hour call with 2 Techies within the team with all sorts of Technical (Be ready to explain your CV perfectly and answers regarding your technical skills + Wh questions + Leaderships kind of questions .
3rd Step : 2 Hours In Person with all Technical members +Member of Baord + COE + CEO . They will ask whatever you mentioned in CV
