Initial interview with the hiring manager. They ask star questions, situation questions and they want to know real life examples, action taken and outcome and how satisfied were you of the outcome. Interview went well, I got called in for a second interview and I interviewed twice with HR. From the time that I applied, received the interview and received their decision call- ~ 4 weeks
