First they will waste your time by repeatedly postponing the interview schedule. Than also they will keep on rescheduling..Than they will put some novice to take interview of experienced people who doesn't know the minimum etiquette to talk. A guy having few years experience was showing off as he is a expert and giving sarcastic smile which will irritate you in between. Probably they are not aware about their own limits. So advice is not to take these company seriously.
