Interviewed with the sales manager and never heard back despite reaching out by email. Even the recruiter could not contact the manager. It's fine to say no to a candidate, but ghosting someone you've spoken with is unprofessional. People work hard to prepare for interviews, so please show respect and communicate with candidates, especially those you have personally interviewed.
