The interview process was professionally done. They asked some technical questions in Accounting (Double Entry Bookkeeping, Deferred Income and Expense and LuxGAAP questions). I was not impressed how the Hiring officer handled my application. I had a final (3rd) Interview schedule and the HR sent an email the last minute to inform me that the interview sched was postponed and asked for my availability on the following week. I gave her my proposed dates and didnt receive any confirmation. I had to send another email the following week to ask for a confirmation. The HR responded to me that they will not go further to my application because they already got someone else. I was not happy about it, she could have told me before the reason they postponed the last interview was because they already chosen another candidate. Why asked for my availabilty, then completely ignored my emails? They could have handled this in a more professional manner.
