We had to submit hardcopy of the CV and choice of location to be posted, then we were called for interview one at a time. Panel of 2 person were interviewing. It was easy. Basics concepts related to subject, teaching methodology, and real life practical approach for a given classroom situation were asked.

The interview lasted for over 45 minutes.
Major questions asked were:
1. Why do we want to join the foundation?
2. Why did I choose the location of work?
3. Situational questions,
4. Views on development.
5. How will we be able to contribute in the development sector?
6. Mostly subject-related questions and personality-related questions.
