Applied for the Analyst position through LinkedIn, and within few days received an email for a phone interview. Phone interview was simple. They asked basic questions, mostly informal, and overall, it went well. Got a confirmation for an onsite interview. The interview was in the main conference room. Three individuals were present, including the assistant to the president. I was asked several behavioral questions, e.g., describe a situation in which you resolved a conflict, lead a project, and so on. As a recent graduate with limited work experience, I answered to the best of my ability. It seems like they were looking for more experienced candidates. Afterward, I was given a set of math problems to solve. They were basic Algebra questions, and it did not take too long to finish those.

they require a personality exam and then you meet with the founder. Another review for this company stated "The founder asks strange questions in the interview, about your personal character, most of the time it felt like you were being toyed with for some sick amusement. " I can confirm this is what I experienced as well. My suspicion is that he thinks of himself as some kind of mastermind and thinks prodding you with crazy questions and getting you to "crack" will reveal something. Regardless, it was a very unprofessional interview and interview process. I could tell my time wasn't valued, they grossly misrepresented the time required. The founder also caused his own delays and could often be heard yelling while I was waiting for the interview to begin. Also, the salary is posted at 50K but when I arrived and was asked what kind of compensation I was seeking, I stated that the job listing said 50K and they responded that it was NOT the salary for the position. Probably the worst interview I've ever experienced.
