Was a very confusing process from start to end. Applied online, got an intial phone call from the hiring manager based in Lyon to schedule a interview the next week. Then got a email from the talent acquisition who was based in Madrid that my appliction did not go through which confused me. However I called the hiring manager again and he said he will clear it with talent acquisition team and schedule an interview the next week. 1st video interview - with the hiring manager, head of the MO (based in Swiss) & chief data officer. Was about 1 hour 20 mins long. Lots of questions about my background, position, my experience, motivation, etc. 2nd video interview - with the MD who was the head of the Belguim & French operation. Good overall interview and she asked very few technical questions. Then the hiring manager called the following week and mentioned that send an test (python and power BI based) and asked me complete it an then we will meet and discuss the test and results. The following week, met him person in their Paris office and discused the test which I had completed. He mentioned he will get back to me with the final answer as there was another candidate who was supposed to do the test. This was the last interaction which was good, waited about a month for his answer and he never got back with an answer (YES or NO). Called him a few times and also send emails but to no avail. Total lack of communictaion and professionalism, which I did not expect. Company looks good but their lack of communication left a bad interview experience for me.
