There was a phone interview and then an on-site that was 2 hours long. The phone interview was the same difficulty as leetcode easy and the on-site was roughly leetcode easy still (maybe medium at best). There was also a brain-teaser that was not hard. One of the in-person interviewers came off as very jealous/insecure. In general there was a bit of a narcissistic vibe from the senior devs and the founder. They also were not “rockstar” coders.

There was one linked list question. I don’t remember the others.

Got a brief phone screen call, then they setup a skype interview. The skype interviewer seemed very short, almost like he was mad at me for no particular reason. He asked no technical questions, and pretty much asked me to elaborate my work history. a day later i Randomly heard back that they didnt want me, which i found odd since he didnt ask me about anything that couldnt be found on my resume. Just an odd experience all around.
After reading around here, and checking out that Q&A on reddit it seems like I dodged a bullet. The founder seems like an egotistical nutjob, even though his only claim to fame is git app that most developers dont see the use in. The sole product they make seems pointless to be honest.

Was contacted by e-mail to set up a Zoom interview, which consisted of mostly going over my resume. There was supposed to be a technical aspect to it but the engineer interviewing me had to leave after 15 minutes. Got an e-mail to set up another technical interview via Zoom, which ended up taking place onsite at Axosoft. The technical interview consisted of 3 white board questions: 2 coding and 1 brain teaser. I also had to walk through my solution and answer several follow up quesions. The questions and follow up took me about an hour and 15 minutes. The interviewers stepped out after the interview and returned a few minutes later to tell me that they need someone who is more comfortable with algorithms questions and can solve them faster. The entire process ( from initial contact to technical interview) took about 10 days
