The company is less that 50 employees, so imagine my surprise when I end up having four interviews and meeting with 10% of the company (which took a month). I was told that I was one of two finalist, but then I hear nothing...I mean NOTHING . No offer and no rejection notice. Just ghosted me. Its really the ghosting and not closing the loop that irritates me the most.
