I met the one of their designers at job fair and had an interview the second day. She was really nice and we had a great talk. A week later I got a second interview, also a good talk. Then I waited for a very long time to get their feedback.
On-campus recruiting. Very informal and positive experience. I would advise everyone to try to bring an interesting perspective to the interview and be fun to talk to. Research the company and try to find ways you can bring your input into its development.

Entrevista
Initial screening followed by two phone interviews with managers and VP of department. Process was coordinated by the University Recruiter. First interview took 45 minutes, second about an hour. Very friendly over the phone, easy to communicate with.

They asked plenty of questions regarding my educational background and previous work experience. Really took an interest in what I had to bring the table and we talked about my potential value in the company.
