Solicité el puesto a través de un captador. El proceso duró 3 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en Axle Health (Santa Monica, CA) en sept 2025
Entrevista
Interview process was fairly standard - recruiter call, tech screen, onsite. My only hang up was with the coding portion of the onsite interview - was given a coder pad and a problem to solve but told explicitly by the interviewer that this was a more "conversational" interview and that high level pseudo code that didn't need to compile would be sufficient. Later when I was given feedback I was told that there was not enough code in the coder pad for them to evaluate? Why tell me its a conversational interview if the amount of code in the coder pad mattered?

How to process both a .json file and a .txt file in Node.
Ceo chat, tech screen, tech chat, onsite. Tech screen is half coding and half design
Recruiting process was extremely uninformative and unprofessional but overall seems like a cool place to work (got really cult-y vibes though)
